You are so done with binge eating. You’re sick of promising yourself you won’t do it again, only to break that promise hours later. If bingeing, along with the shame, guilt, and anxiety that follow a binge, are having an impact on your health, your relationships, your mood, and your confidence, it may be time to receive guidance and support.

The vicious cycle of binge eating is one I am both personally and professionally familiar with. Fortunately for you I spent almost two decades in a bad romance with food – binge eating, restrictive dieting, weight fluctuations, always thinking about food, body shaming, overexercising, orthorexia (an obsession with healthy eating), you name it! I’ve been there.

As a result of a long personal journey of healing combined with my clinical expertise as a licensed psychotherapist, I have developed a deep understanding of these issues and understand how to heal. I have had the honor of helping many women through their dysfunctional relationships with food through psychotherapy, coaching, or my online courses for those who prefer to work through this independently.

If you’re ready to stop feeling out of control with food and find ease in your relationship with food and your body, please feel free to call or email with any questions about therapy, coaching, or online courses. Whether or not I am the guide you choose to help you through, I wish you peace and healing.
